Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1. Do you have a license to operate drones in Singapore and Malaysia?

Yes. We operate under CAAS (Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore) and CAAM (Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia) guidelines, ensuring all flights are compliant with local regulations and safety standards.

Q2. Can you fly anywhere?

Not everywhere — some areas (like airports, military zones, and restricted airspace) require prior approval. We handle all flight planning and permission checks before the shoot to ensure safe and legal operations.

Q3. What will I receive after the shoot?

You’ll receive edited aerial photos (JPEG, 4K quality) and, if applicable, a color-graded video (MP4) — all delivered via a secure Google Drive or Dropbox link.

Q4. How long does delivery take?

Standard turnaround is 48 hours for photos and 3–5 business days for videos. We also offer priority 24-hour delivery for an additional fee.

Q5. Can you include my company logo, contact details, and property information in the video?

Absolutely. All packages include branding integration — we’ll overlay your company logo, agent photo, contact info, and property details directly onto the photos or video.

Q6. Can I request raw footage?

Yes. You can add Raw Footage Delivery as an optional upgrade — all 4K unedited clips will be provided for your internal use or future editing.

Q7. How much does a drone shoot cost?

Our packages start from SGD $399 | RM1,299 for aerial photos and go up to SGD $799 | RM2,499 for full photo + video packages. Custom developer or bulk rates are also available.

Q8. What’s included in the package price?

Every package includes flight planning, drone operation, editing, branding, and file delivery — there are no hidden costs. Only travel fees may apply for distant locations.

Q9. Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?

Yes! We provide retainer packages for agents or developers with regular listings — with up to 10–15% discount and free social media clips included.

Q10. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance to confirm location checks and airspace clearance.

Q11. What if the weather is bad on the shoot day?

We monitor weather closely. If it rains or visibility is poor, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. Safety and image quality come first.

Q12. Do you charge travel fees?

Travel within central Singapore and Klang Valley is included. For other regions, a small travel fee applies depending on distance — just ask when booking.

Q13. How long does a typical shoot take?

Most shoots take 30–60 minutes on-site, depending on the property size and lighting conditions.
